All products sold are mystery boxes, meaning:
- Items are selected at random
- We do not guarantee specific items, brands, or values
- Product images are for illustration purposes only
You agree that you are purchasing a surprise experience, not specific goods.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice (because suppliers, life, and inflation exist).
Payments must be completed at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or things outside human control
- Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed to the shipping carrier
6. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the nature of mystery boxes, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence for review.

All content on this site (logos, branding, images, text) is owned by Bouji Mystery Boxes and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Dissatisfaction with mystery box contents
- Allergic reactions or sensitivities to products

9. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
