At Bouji Mystery Boxes, every purchase is a surprise experience. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.
No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow exchanges on any mystery box purchases. By completing your order, you agree to these terms.
No Guaranteed Items or Value
Each mystery box is curated randomly. We do not guarantee specific products, brands, or retail value within any box. Item selection will vary from box to box.
All Sales Are Final Upon Shipment
Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or you receive the wrong box size, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement for the affected items only. Refunds will not be issued.
Duplicate Items
If purchasing multiple boxes, duplicate or similar items may occur. This is part of the mystery experience and does not qualify for a return or refund.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback for reasons that violate this policy may result in your account being restricted from future purchases.
