At Bouji Mystery Boxes, we work to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible so you can enjoy the surprise.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipment (varies by location and carrier)
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, weight, and destination.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • If a package is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees will apply

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Bouji Mystery Boxes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and contents

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement for damaged items at our discretion.


Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier issues
  • Holidays or peak seasons
  • Other factors outside of our control
